Acroyoga Flow Classes
Our weekly acroyoga flow classes invite you into fluid, connected acroyoga. Through consistent practice and focused training on washing machines, you’ll build confidence in transitions, spotting, and flow—moving beyond individual poses into dynamic movement within a supportive group setting.
Classes & Programs
Foundation Series
Our Acroyoga Foundation Series is a 4-week journey to learn, refresh, and refine your essential skills. You’ll build a strong, confident base supported by a dedicated group, additional training videos, live Q&A calls, and a clear manual—giving you everything you need to step into regular classes with ease.
Private Classes
Our private classes are designed for 1–2 people. They usually take place at our space in Playa del Carmen and can also be arranged at your private location. We create a fully customized experience tailored to your level, goals, and learning capacities—so you can progress with clarity, confidence, and personal attention.
I had my very first Acro Yoga Class with Marie and Jorge and I couldn’t have imagined better teachers! It was super fun, well-guided and a very warm, safe and friendly environment in their little paradise. If I still lived there I would definitely continue my classes with them! We, Jorge and Marie, are AYM-certified acroyoga teachers and partners in life. Through our classes and programs we are helping people to understand the essence of acroyoga and what art you can create when you know how to connect to your body and another human being. Through our classes and content, we share how we understand acroyoga as a dance and how we grow together with that — in our training and our relationship — exploring what it truly means to move, support, and evolve as partners.
With AcroSomaFlow we grow beyond ourselves - sometimes shaky, sometimes brave, but always with a lot of joy. We discover new strength, trust and ease and feel completely confident in doing so.

I recommended Marie and Jorge to my 20-year-old client from Germany, Ella, who was struggling deeply with self-doubt, self-hate, and a lack of confidence in her abilities — especially physically. She had never done sports before and believed she simply “wasn’t capable.” As a psychologist, I intentionally chose AcroYoga for her because it beautifully combines trust, presence, body awareness, tension and release. In AcroYoga, you literally have to trust the person holding you. You engage your body fully — holding tension, then releasing it — which is incredibly powerful for stress regulation and nervous system balance. And when you’re upside down or balancing, you simply don’t have time to think about fears or worries. You are fully present.
Marie and Jorge created such a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for her. They were incredibly empathetic, kind, and patient. Ella never felt singled out or judged for her lack of experience. Instead, she felt like part of a community — included, supported, and seen. Over time, it was beautiful to witness how she bloomed. Through AcroYoga, she found more balance in many areas of her life. She developed confidence in her body, trust in herself, and belief in her abilities. Seeing her rise into that strength was deeply moving.
